To recruit as many athletes as possible into our Nancy Green League, U14, U16, U18 and Masters

To expose children and youth of varying economic status to the sport of skiing/ski racing

To provide an outlet for youth who need further direction and a healthy way to build self-esteem thru skiing and ski racing

To provide a lifelong skill that will encourage health and activity in the winter season

To encourage the athletes to become successful students and racers

To instill a love and passion for alpine skiing in all participants

To provide our athletes opportunities to achieve success in competition

To hire, develop, train and maintain outstanding coaches

To provide coaches the resources to succeed including: equipment, education, training venues and travel opportunities

To provide competition for the athletes against skiers from other clubs, regions and countries

To be a provider of athletes to the Provincial Ski Teams and ultimately to Canada’s National Ski Teams.
